Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
8-14+ years of relevant experience in SRE, systems, or network administration.
Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, Linux, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and programming in Python or Go.
Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or similar.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting and operating large-scale, high-availability cloud platforms with a strong focus on automation and fault tolerance.
Demonstrates technical leadership with a track record of driving engineering strategy and mentoring teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Holds or pursues relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or AWS DevOps Engineer; capable of translating complex technical requirements into operational solutions across cross-functional teams.
