About This Role
- Own the short and long term technical vision and major technical decisions for your engineering squad.
- Provide technical mentorship, conduct design and code reviews to improve team quality.
- Communicate effectively with engineers, product managers, customers, and partners to deliver major feature development.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in senior engineering roles with end-to-end technical project leadership.
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft .NET stack (C#/Java/.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs) and SQL databases (Postgres, MS SQL Server, or others).
- Proficient with HTML5, JavaScript; experience with Typescript and React is a plus.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent education.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced individual contributor who leads technical projects with minimal oversight and influences team technical decisions.
- Hands-on daily user of AI coding assistants and practical understanding of large language models relevant to software engineering.
- Strong communicator able to explain technical tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a track record of raising engineering quality standards.
