About This Role
- Derive and define performance requirements for complex n-tier banking applications and cloud migrations.
- Design, execute, and report on performance tests using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, AppDynamics, and CloudWatch.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across project, design, build, and infrastructure teams; identify and mitigate delivery risks; create dashboards for management reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of performance engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with banking applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS and Azure, including migration and implementation.
- Proficiency with performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter), APM tools (AppDynamics, CloudWatch), and DevOps tools (GitLab, Jenkins).

- Experienced in performance engineering within the banking domain, skilled at identifying and resolving performance and resiliency issues.
- Capable of working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
