About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, application, and API testing integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead performance testing efforts including development, execution, and analysis of load, stress, and scalability tests using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Implement shift-left quality engineering practices and AI-assisted testing techniques to improve coverage, efficiency, and defect prevention.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript and experienced with automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Experience with API testing (REST APIs), CI/CD pipeline integration, test management tools (preferably Zephyr), and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or equivalent).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing scalable, maintainable automation frameworks and integrating tests within Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI-assisted testing tools (Functionize, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and applying AI to test automation and defect analysis.
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and performance testing to troubleshoot complex distributed systems.
