About This Role
- Lead architecture and development of scalable Generative and Agentic AI applications from prototype to production deployment.
- Design and manage end-to-end ML/Generative AI pipelines including training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with customers and internal teams to translate business needs into robust AI architectures; mentor engineers and influence long-term AI platform strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of ML experience, including 2+ years hands-on with Generative AI and Agentic AI systems.
- Proficient in Python and experienced with LangChain/LangGraph or similar frameworks.
- Expertise with LLMs (e.g. GPT, OpenAI, Llama), prompt engineering, and integrating AI via APIs and microservices in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field. Remote work location in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing distributed, cloud-native machine learning systems with strong MLOps/LLMOps skills.
- Capable of translating complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders in customer-facing roles.
- Has prior experience in enterprise AI product delivery, preferably with solution architecture or consulting exposure in regulated domains (financial services, healthcare, insurance).
