About This Role
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of multi-region cloud platforms by designing and optimizing cloud and data infrastructure applying SRE principles (monitoring, alerting, incident management).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, customers, and security to build secure, scalable SaaS systems and enhance operational efficiency via automation.
- Monitor production systems, participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Operations, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS or self-managed), Docker, Networking, AWS or other public cloud.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code skills (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation); experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Splunk, OpenTelemetry); programming/scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go; good Unix/Linux system knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building/managing cloud-based data platforms with automation and high availability at scale.
- Familiar with AI-assisted or automation-first approaches to SRE tooling and workflows.
- Holds or pursues relevant certifications like CKA, CKAD, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, demonstrating advanced cloud and Kubernetes expertise.
