About This Role
- Lead design, development, debugging, and delivery of secure, high-quality backend Java software solutions within Infrastructure Platforms.
- Drive adoption and validation of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to enhance code quality, delivery speed, and operational stability.
- Evaluate and collaborate with external vendors and internal teams on architecture and technical suitability for integration with firm's systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages, with hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Strong experience leading AI-assisted software development tool usage, including setting team validation standards for correctness, performance, and security.
- Practical knowledge across Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies (CI/CD, resiliency, security), and cloud native environments.

- Experienced leader skilled in embedding AI-assisted automation in software development workflows with focus on responsible and secure AI adoption.
- Strong domain expertise in financial services IT systems aligned to infrastructure platform needs.
