About This Role
- Manage and optimize database operations including backup, restore, replication, and performance tuning across multiple environments.
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes deployments using Helm and Argo CD for reliable application delivery.
- Develop automation scripts and set up monitoring solutions (Grafana, Prometheus) to ensure infrastructure stability and observability.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in DevOps with strong focus on database administration and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Proficient in database administration activities for PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle including backup, restore, replication, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Argo CD, and scripting languages (Python/PowerShell/Bash).
- Work location: Technopark, Trivandrum.

- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to support production-critical deployment and troubleshooting.
