About This Role
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot secure, stable, and scalable software components within the Asset & Wealth Management Transactions platform.
- Write high-quality Java code, apply system design, and contribute to technical problem-solving across multiple components with limited guidance.
- Utilize enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to enhance code quality and productivity, while validating outputs through peer review and automated testing.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Java, Microservices, SQL, Kafka, and AWS.
- Experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in a large corporate environment.
- Proficiency in using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understanding responsible AI use in secure workflows.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years relevant software engineering experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies (CI/CD, Application Resiliency, Security).
- Comfortable working within enterprise-scale, secure, and stable application environments emphasizing operational stability.
