About This Role
- Design, code, and configure solutions for moderate complexity Agile stories, leveraging AI-assisted development tools with critical validation.
- Debug and resolve moderate complexity software bugs using systematic debugging methods, including AI tool assistance.
- Write automated unit and integration tests, contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines for Azure cloud deployments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, or related field.
- Total software development experience: at least 6 years, with a minimum of 4 years and 2 years product/domain experience (preferably 4+ years).
- Technical expertise required: Java or .NET development, object-oriented design, relational database design, XML/XSLT, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, Azure cloud infrastructure fundamentals, Terraform, containerization concepts (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks.
- Work Location: Must reside within reasonable proximity to designated location and comply with hybrid/in-person work arrangement as determined by leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing moderate complexity enterprise software using AI-assisted coding tools with strong judgment on AI output validation.
- Proficient in cloud-native development practices, Infrastructure-as-Code, and modern automated testing in an Agile environment.
- Comfortable working independently on problem resolution and source code management, with some mentoring of junior engineers and collaboration through code reviews.
