About This Role
- Develop, design, and troubleshoot secure, scalable software solutions within the Payments Trust and Safety Technology group focused on fraud protection for merchants.
- Create and maintain high-quality production code and algorithms, ensuring alignment with software design and architectural constraints.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, and documentation to improve code quality and delivery speed, while contributing reusable patterns to the team.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in Software Engineering concepts.
- Advanced development experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices required.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, EC2, Kafka, and Network Load Balancer.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years; Experience with AI-assisted coding tools within enterprise environments; strong knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, security, and resiliency in software development.

- Experienced in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability with financial services IT domain knowledge.
- Capable of guiding peers on responsible and secure use of AI-assisted engineering tools within team workflows.
