About This Role
- Own end-to-end product management for specific Innovaccer workflows or modules with minimal oversight, including writing PRDs and prioritizing backlog.
- Drive product discovery through user research, data analysis, and understanding healthcare workflows to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, clinical SMEs, and customer success to deliver high-impact features and ensure quality execution across the product lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of product management or healthcare technology experience with demonstrated feature or workflow ownership in B2B SaaS.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- Strong skills in writing product requirements, backlog prioritization, and using data for decision-making.
- Experience with healthcare technology and product management tools; familiarity with metrics and post-launch analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has prior experience managing healthcare or B2B SaaS products with exposure to clinical workflows and healthcare domains (value-based care, population health).
- Can operate with autonomy in product ownership, making pragmatic prioritization and scope decisions under ambiguity.
- Comfortable working closely with technical and clinical stakeholders to define clear requirements and iterate based on metrics and user feedback.
