Knowledge of regulatory frameworks PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and healthcare payment compliance; hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methods.
Experienced in managing consumer payment workflows specifically in healthcare revenue cycle management environment.
Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills to optimize payment workflows and consumer adoption.
Able to work cross-functionally with billing, finance, compliance, technology, and external partners to drive payment innovations and enhance patient payment options.
