About This Role
- Own product vision, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning to deliver customer value and align stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage dependencies and impediments, and coach teams on Agile, SAFe, Lean, and DevOps practices to enable sustainable delivery and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with customers, developers, and leadership to ensure transparent decision-making, risk management, and alignment of technical and business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–12 years professional experience in Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, or comparable roles with hands-on PO and Scrum Master responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and SAFe methodologies including facilitating ceremonies and backlog management.
- Experience working with Jira or equivalent product and delivery tools, and direct collaboration with customers and multiple stakeholders.
- Work location: Hybrid setup in Bangalore office; English language proficiency required.

- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and complex stakeholder environments while making transparent trade-offs based on value, quality, risk, and delivery capability.
- Comfortable engaging with technical teams on architecture and operational concerns without directing technical solutions; skilled in Agile transformations and working with distributed, multicultural teams.
