About This Role
- Own end-to-end development of MongoDB integrations with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and n8n, delivering well-scoped projects on weekly-to-quarterly timelines.
- Contribute high-quality code to external open-source repositories and manage the health of integrations including monitoring upstream changes and triaging issues.
- Collaborate closely with adjacent teams (DBX, product, design) and participate in developer communities, ensuring integration projects align with user needs and team objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience building backend systems, libraries, or developer-facing software with proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience designing, writing, testing, and debugging software in a shared, long-lived codebase, including maintaining tests and documentation.
- Clear interest or experience in modern AI builder workflows or developer tooling related to AI (agentic patterns, RAG, vector search).
- Must be based in Gurugram for hybrid working model.
