About This Role
- Manage day-to-day execution of multiple analytics initiatives ensuring structured follow-ups and escalation of blockers.
- Provide clear, actionable status updates including progress, risks, and decision needs to stakeholders.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and reporting to ensure visibility into project health, milestones, and dependencies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, finance, analytics, risk/insurance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, operations, or client delivery support roles.
- Minimum 12 months experience as Lead Specialist(D1) or Senior Specialist(C2) with "On-Track" or equivalent last appraisal rating.
- Hybrid location requirement: Must be able to work at least three days per week from office in Gurgaon.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in using project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Planner, Jira, or similar for managing project delivery.
- Skilled in producing leadership reporting and supporting portfolio-level visibility.
- Familiar with analytics, consulting/professional services, insurance, or financial services environments and improving delivery processes.
