About This Role
- Define and prioritize the Tax Technology product roadmap working with Tax stakeholders, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and risk.
- Own end-to-end product development lifecycle for Tax Technology products including discovery, requirements, delivery, UAT, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product strategy, progress, and risks to senior leadership while driving product adoption and business value.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Systems, Technology Consulting, or Functional Consulting.
- Strong experience with Tax Technology or Direct Tax environments; experience with Oracle TRCS preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field; CA/CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in relevant product or Tax technology roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep understanding of corporate income tax, tax provision, transfer pricing, and related Tax data processes.
- Proven ability to translate complex Tax business needs into product requirements and manage technology product lifecycles globally.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with cross-functional teams in Business, IT, Engineering, and Data environments.
