Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and technical teams to implement system updates, testing, training, and deployments.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience building and working with Sales Compensation systems in a professional environment.
Current Xactly Incent certification (e.g. Incent Level 3) required.
3-5 years of experience querying traditional SQL RDBMS (e.g. Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in technical design and development on Xactly Incent or comparable sales compensation platforms.
Able to manage detailed business requirements, complex problem diagnosis, and lead cross-functional implementation projects independently.
Comfortable working with globally distributed teams and during quarter-end/annual close periods including weekend availability.
