About This Role
- Manage mobile device enrollment, application deployment, and device lifecycle including annual replacement planning for out-of-warranty devices.
- Administer device controls such as feature profiles, certificates, OS/security patching, and update SSID configurations per guidelines.
- Oversee device inventory/stock at depots, collaborate on break-fix and connectivity issues, and ensure cyber vulnerability remediation within specified timelines.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in enterprise Mobile Device Management (e.g., SOTI, SureMDM, Intune).
- Experience in device/asset inventory management and depot/logistics operations.
- Knowledge of application packaging (.apk) and certificate/profile management for mobile devices.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in relevant domain.

- Experienced in operating mobile fleets within enterprise environments managing enrollment, deployment, and lifecycle with strong organizational skills.
- Capable of collaborating across network, infrastructure, and application teams to support device readiness and resolve technical issues.
- Familiar with vulnerability management processes and compliance with remediation timelines in a regulated environment.
