About This Role
- Serve as the liaison between Product and Technical/Engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Analyze business requirements for the Ford Bill (Unified Billing) domain and recommend solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Develop detailed requirements documentation, create JIRA user stories, and facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience working with AI in project development and testing, with hands-on AI experience preferred.
- Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies; strong understanding of SAAS platforms and cloud-based software solutions.

- Experienced in bridging business and technical teams with strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Skilled in breaking down Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) into actionable user stories using AI tools.
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments and managing complex software development processes.
