About This Role
- Drive adoption of learning programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Manage training operations including LMS, assessment platforms, and survey tools.
- Support specialized training programs such as onboarding, compliance, and manager upliftment trainings.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong command over LMS and training management systems.
- Experience preferred in sales behaviour, onboarding, or compliance training.
- Work Experience Required: Exposure to sales behaviour training, onboarding training, compliance training is highly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in sales or insurance domain training with understanding of sales funnels and productivity drivers.
- Familiar with regulatory training requirements such as IRDA and POSP norms.
- Capable of translating business challenges into effective capability development interventions.
