Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
2-4 years of experience in Identity & Access Management and Production Support environments.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Azure MFA, Conditional Access, SSO & Federation technologies, Identity Governance, and protocols like SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM.
Availability to work in rotational shifts covering 24x7 support including weekends and off-hours.
Has proven experience supporting and automating large-scale enterprise IAM environments, particularly with Microsoft Entra ID and related Azure services.
Skilled in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, REST APIs) combined with a DevOps mindset to drive continuous improvement and CI/CD integration in an IAM context.
Comfortable working in a global, collaborative environment with rotational shifts and cross-functional coordination involving security, cloud, and application teams.
