Experienced in managing recruitment and HR operations in fast-paced engineering or manufacturing/shopfloor environments.
Skilled in coordinating multiple HR processes with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Operationally focused on execution and compliance in staffing and HR administration within technical or industrial workforces.
