About This Role
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for junior to senior roles including technical and shopfloor positions such as engineers, technicians, and operators.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee documentation, attendance, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC), and employee lifecycle activities (joining, transfers, promotions, separations).
- Prepare HR reports, coordinate employee engagement activities, and support onboarding and pre-joining formalities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of core HR (HR Generalist) experience required.
- Experience in recruitment across both blue-collar and white-collar hiring preferred.
- Good understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance, particularly PF and ESIC.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with HR/recruitment platforms such as Keka, Zoho, or WorkIndia preferred; MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred, graduate with relevant HR experience also considered.

- Experienced in managing recruitment and HR operations in fast-paced engineering or manufacturing/shopfloor environments.
- Skilled in coordinating multiple HR processes with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Operationally focused on execution and compliance in staffing and HR administration within technical or industrial workforces.
