About This Role
- Manage and lead Group Operations team ensuring quality checks and SLA/TAT adherence in policy issuance processes.
- Identify process gaps and lead initiatives for process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements within Group Ops.
- Act as primary liaison for cross-functional stakeholders and drive governance meetings, escalations, and reporting for operational control and decision support.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience in the Insurance Industry.
- Graduate degree required.
- Strong knowledge and adherence to regulatory requirements, audit guidelines, and operational controls in insurance operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) explicitly mentioned as required.
