About This Role
- Own end-to-end supply and inventory operations for multiple EMEA marketplaces including Amazon, Noon, and Carrefour, focusing on inventory availability, freight/cost efficiency, and finance-grade reporting.
- Lead and grow a team of 3 Operations Executives, responsible for capacity planning, mentoring, and building a high-performance operations unit.
- Manage supply chain coordination, logistics optimization using AI-driven analytics, marketplace compliance, and financial inventory reconciliation.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree or MBA in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or e-commerce/marketplace operations.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team is mandatory.
- Prior experience with international marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, Carrefour, or similar) preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supply/demand planning and familiar with S&OP, safety stock, and reorder modeling within international e-commerce environments.
- Strong operational leader comfortable managing cross-functional stakeholders and making decisions under ambiguity across multiple EMEA markets and time zones.
- Hands-on with technical skills in Excel, ERP/inventory management systems, marketplace seller platforms, and applying AI/automation tools for forecasting and freight optimization.
