About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and governance of Salesforce DevOps solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Architects, and Account Teams, including direct client interaction, to define requirements and manage expectations.
- Oversee continuous delivery deployments and support pre-sales technical activities including discovery, deep dives, and proof-of-concept development.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of CRM experience, with at least 8 years on the Salesforce platform.
- Expertise across Salesforce product suite including Sales, Service, Experience, Industries (Vlocity), and Data Cloud.
- Proficient with Salesforce Development Lifecycle tools and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Git-based version control systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent and active or obtainable Salesforce certifications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical architect familiar with complex Salesforce implementations and deployment orchestration solutions.
- Strong technical proficiency spanning Salesforce platform architecture, DevOps best practices, branching strategies, and automation tools.
- Capable of client-facing roles with ability to balance technical leadership, strategic solution design, and hands-on deployment execution.
