About This Role
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 Groups.
- Manage ServiceNow requests related to Microsoft 365 and maintain service catalog documentation.
- Perform governance reviews, audits, and track operational work and projects through Jira, supporting governance, security, compliance, and access management initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, and Entra ID.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Jira platforms.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Must work in UK business hours; rotational shifts may be required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or exposure to Microsoft Agents 365 and Microsoft Copilot Studio is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 governance and compliance programs to support audits and standards implementation.
- Comfortable collaborating with Security, IAM, Microsoft Support, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
