Must work in UK business hours; rotational shifts may be required.
Experience or exposure to Microsoft Agents 365 and Microsoft Copilot Studio is preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 governance and compliance programs to support audits and standards implementation.
Comfortable collaborating with Security, IAM, Microsoft Support, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
