About This Role
- Lead development efforts within the Kafka pod, acting as the senior technical authority for the team.
- Guide implementation of complex Confluent Kafka stream pipelines with audit, retry mechanisms, and code-level governance.
- Own development documentation (LLD) and oversee cluster upgrade testing and complex troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
- 12 to 14 years of relevant work experience.
- Location requirement: Chennai, Work from Office (WFO).
- Experience with Confluent Kafka, including Schema Registry governance and cluster upgrades.
- Ownership of technical documentation such as Low-Level Design (LLD).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading Kafka-based event streaming development in enterprise settings.
- Skilled in complex pipeline design, including audit, retry mechanisms, and schema management.
- Capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and managing technical escalations and upgrades.
