About This Role
- Architect, design, and develop embedded platform software for high-end networking solutions.
- Lead platform team and coordinate cross-functionally including hardware, marketing, QA, and support teams.
- Participate in full product life cycle including writing design specs, system software requirements, and driving sign-offs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, ECE, or IT.
- 8+ years relevant industry experience in Networking/Telecom Embedded or Network Management.
- Strong Linux internals knowledge including kernel upgrades, device driver development, BIOS/BMC operations.
- Expertise in Linux networking IP stack, router port management, switching ASICs (Broadcom XGS/DNX), and proficiency in C/C++ programming.

- Experienced in embedded systems software for high-performance data networking products.
- Strong leadership in platform software development and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced agile environments with strong debugging/troubleshooting expertise.
