About This Role
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis TOSCA and Selenium to support business outcomes.
- Integrate automation assets with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
- Analyze test results, track defects, provide technical guidance to junior team members, and support process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on automation testing experience with Tricentis TOSCA and Selenium, including test case design and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.), MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines and knowledge of SDLC/Agile methodologies.
- Work Experience Required: 4-6 years in test automation with at least 4 years using TOSCA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience delivering automation solutions in enterprise-scale projects and end-to-end automation lifecycle.
- Ability to translate functional requirements/user stories into automated tests and drive functional walkthroughs with clients and development teams.
- Experience leading small teams (2-3 members) and working effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
