About This Role
- Design and develop quick and sustainable data solutions using Qlik for small to complex business challenges.
- Maintain and support existing home-grown data measurement and reporting tools.
- Communicate with senior leadership and stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver MIS improvements in Health Insurance domain.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of work experience OR Master's degree with 6 years of work experience.
- Expertise in QlikView/Qlik Sense with 4 to 5 years experience.
- Strong skills in advanced Excel (macros), VBScript, C# .NET, and SQL with 4 to 5 years experience.
- Prior knowledge or experience in Health Insurance domain preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Health Insurance data analytics and reporting, capable of driving MIS improvements and working closely with internal/external customers.
- Proficient in multiple BI and analytics tools including Cognos, Business Objects, Tableau, besides Qlik to handle diverse reporting requirements.
- Experienced in senior leadership communication and managing cross-functional expectations in fast-paced, changing priority environments.
