About This Role
- Own client implementations and provide production support for SmartCOMM / Quadient CCM platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CCM solutions and resolve critical production issues.
- Make architecture decisions and manage integration aspects of enterprise CCM systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SmartCOMM or related CCM platforms.
- Strong expertise in technical troubleshooting and integration management.
- Experience in client implementations and production support for enterprise CCM.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years in relevant domain.
