About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end features for digital banking platform services in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready software solutions.
- Monitor and optimize software performance metrics; own technical documentation, system diagrams, and quality assurance activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; 9+ years professional experience in software development with Java.
- Expertise in Java technologies including JEE, Spring (Boot, Cloud, Webflux), Hibernate; proficiency with ReactJS and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies, continuous integration systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), and secure solution design.
- Proven capabilities in object-oriented design, microservices architecture, API-first approach, and multithreaded backend environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level Java full stack engineer with deep domain expertise in highly transactional, scalable digital banking systems.
- Experienced operating within Agile and SAFe frameworks, contributing to both technical design and product strategy collaboratively.
- Technically versatile with broad familiarity across DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, secure design, and hybrid cloud environments, capable of mentoring and driving continuous improvement.
