About This Role
- Automate operational workflows, file processing, validation, reconciliation, and reporting using Python scripts.
- Manage telecom data/file feeds including TIBCO MFT file transfers, feed monitoring, validation, and issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot system incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate among OSS, middleware, network, and application teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in telecom automation and middleware.
- Proficient in Python scripting and automation, Linux/Unix operations.
- Experience with TIBCO MFT or similar managed file transfer middleware.
- Knowledge of telecom inventory, telecom feed management, and OSS environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability in Python automation specifically in telecom operational processes and feed management.
- Experience working with telecom OSS/BSS systems and understanding of telecom data flows and inventory.
- Capable of troubleshooting complex system issues involving multiple teams in a telecom managed services environment.
