About This Role
- Lead solution design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Finance initiatives focusing on Controlling (CO) and Finance-related processes within S/4HANA environments.
- Drive and support end-to-end Controlling (CO), R2R, and FPRA process alignment including Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Project Controlling, and Profit Center Accounting.
- Participate in transformation programs, business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and process automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 12+ years’ experience in SAP FICO with strong focus on Controlling (CO).
- Proven experience in S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Finance value flows (R2R, CO, FPRA, O2C, S2P integration) with hands-on SAP CO configuration and solution design experience in global ERP environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading SAP Finance transformation programs in global contexts, demonstrating strong cross-module integration and stakeholder management.
- Capable of managing complex SAP CO and Finance sub-module processes end-to-end within S/4HANA and ERP modernization initiatives.
- Exposed to or knowledgeable about digital transformation including automation, AI/Agentic AI concepts, and modern tools like Agile/Azure DevOps for Finance process improvements.
