About This Role
- Lead daily squad activities including invoice ingestion, multi-funder allocation, settlement, and supplier onboarding.
- Translate epics into technical tasks, define high-level designs for sprint features, and review low-level designs.
- Maintain code quality through PR reviews and testing standards; ensure Kubernetes deployments are production-ready; mentor 4–8 developers.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in software engineering with at least 2 years in a team lead or technical lead role.
- Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot); Scala or Python required; Angular knowledge preferred.
- Experience delivering features on a cloud-native Kubernetes platform.
- Fintech or financial services background is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven capability to lead agile squads managing end-to-end software delivery in complex environments.
- Experienced in maintaining high code quality and driving DevOps practices, including Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior experience mentoring and managing mid-level and junior developers within a fast-paced technical team.
