Able to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and customer-facing teams to define acceptance criteria and improve test automation and coverage.
Comfortable working with complex network technologies and automation tools, and capable of translating customer use cases into comprehensive test plans and release quality metrics.
