About This Role
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and data models using Power BI and Tableau with end-to-end ownership of reporting solutions.
- Translate business reporting requirements into technical solutions using SQL and data visualization tools, ensuring data validation and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reporting solutions and provide technical guidance on design and issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in business intelligence reporting and data visualization.
- At least 3 years of experience each in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, deployment, row-level security) and Tableau (dashboards, calculated fields, Tableau Server/Cloud).
- Proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, window functions, query optimization), dimensional data modeling, and relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, or PostgreSQL.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced BI professional with strong hands-on expertise in Power BI and Tableau for enterprise reporting projects.
- Capable of independently owning end-to-end reporting solution delivery including data modeling, validation, optimization, and governance.
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and tackling technical design challenges in a structured, solution-driven environment.
