Experienced in designing and sustaining secure, scalable mobile and desktop (Mac) device management policies and configurations for diverse enterprise fleets.
Proficient in troubleshooting complex endpoint issues across mobile, desktop, and Mac devices using logs and monitoring tools.
Skilled in automation and scripting to improve provisioning, policy updates, reporting, and operational efficiency in a hybrid work environment.
