About This Role
- Manage and operate mobile device enrollment, application deployment, and depot inventory/logistics to ensure device readiness and lifecycle compliance.
- Lead design and implementation of secure, scalable device management strategies across mobile devices, desktops, and Mac systems using platforms like Intune, SOTI, and SureMDM.
- Provide technical guidance, policy development, and continuous improvement for device management, including compliance monitoring, incident resolution, and team mentoring.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with enterprise Mobile Device Management (SOTI, SureMDM, Intune, or equivalent).
- Experience with device/asset inventory management and depot/logistics operations.
- Hands-on expertise with Intune based device management, including enrollment, compliance, and application deployment.
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent for Intune and enterprise endpoint management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and sustaining secure, scalable mobile and desktop (Mac) device management policies and configurations for diverse enterprise fleets.
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex endpoint issues across mobile, desktop, and Mac devices using logs and monitoring tools.
- Skilled in automation and scripting to improve provisioning, policy updates, reporting, and operational efficiency in a hybrid work environment.
