About This Role
- Design, develop, and test Salesforce software solutions including resolving defects and implementing user stories to enhance platform functionality.
- Monitor and optimize Salesforce system performance with regular audits, updates, and coordination with engineering peers for best implementation practices.
- Lead integration of an acquired company into Mastercam's digital and compliance programs, expanding to broader business area responsibilities over time.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce declarative development, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Salesforce Developer or Administrator certifications are a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Salesforce platform development with a strong grasp of security, data modeling, and best practices applicable to complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to manage integration projects involving compliance and financial controls within a large corporate structure.
- Familiar with agile development methodologies, software development lifecycle practices, and leveraging AI or automation tools for productivity gains.
