About This Role
- Develop, enhance, and maintain critical mainframe card management and payment processing applications using COBOL and related technologies.
- Design, test, and support transaction processing, reconciliation, settlement, compliance, and modernization initiatives ensuring high-quality and secure solutions.
- Collaborate across business, product, QA, and engineering teams; handle production issue resolution within SLA; support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience developing and supporting enterprise mainframe applications.
- Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, IMS DB/DC, CICS, VSAM, IMS, DB2, and MQ Series.
- Experience with development/debugging tools like File-Aid, InSync, Xpediter, and Endevor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experienced in delivering solutions within regulated, high-volume transaction processing or financial services environments, especially card payments or debit processing.
- Comfortable working in complex enterprise mainframe environments with modernization, compliance, and security initiatives.
