About This Role
- Plan, organize, and execute software development projects adhering to budget, timeline, and scope constraints.
- Drive product lifecycle processes including pilot and full-scale client projects with oversight on risk and issue management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and conduct technical/project review meetings to ensure project alignment and stakeholder relationship management.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of IT project management experience in software development environment.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Agile methodology.
- Experience handling projects involving AWS, Python, JavaScript, Angular preferred.
- Experience managing direct teams of 40+ members; International customer handling experience is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end software development lifecycle and agile project execution with large teams.
- Capable of strategic risk mitigation and stakeholder management in international client contexts.
- Preference for candidates with AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification and immediate availability.
