About This Role
- Own and run the company-wide OKR system with weekly tracking and reporting across multiple engineering teams.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and critical paths across autonomy, hardware, and field operations to ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive delivery cadence and weekly reporting to align autonomy, hardware, and field deployment teams, resolving field issues with accountability for time-to-resolve.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, related field, or MBA.
- 8+ years in technical or engineering program management, including hardware or robotics programs.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving mechanical, electrical, embedded, and autonomy components.
- Experience with program management tools (e.g., Asana) and managing complex dependencies in autonomy and hardware contexts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building a program management function from scratch in a fast-paced startup or Physical AI environment.
- Demonstrates strong systems thinking with a focus on integrating multidisciplinary engineering teams (ML, mechanical, manufacturing, field operations).
- Experienced in robotics, autonomous systems, or early-stage hardware manufacturing with the ability to manage long lead times and BOMs.
