About This Role
- Lead AI-centric product development from prototype to production, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure AI solutions.
- Own substantial AI delivery workstreams including technical and product decisions and support for junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams and stakeholders to define priorities, frame problems, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience building AI or software products with demonstrated delivery capability.
- Strong programming and software engineering skills, including testing, documentation, APIs, CI/CD, preferably GitHub.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience operating AI solutions in production including evaluation, monitoring, reliability, and cost-performance trade-offs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end AI product delivery within cross-functional teams, with a product mindset and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical ability to balance AI technology choices including software, predictive models, GenAI, and agentic workflows depending on context.
- Familiarity with regulated environments and best practices for Responsible AI, data integrity, validation, and auditability.
