About This Role
- Own end-to-end SyncOS customer engagements including scope alignment, implementation planning, testing, acceptance, and production go-live.
- Manage and coordinate multiple active SyncOS implementations covering configuration, integrations, engineering work, milestones, risks, and capacity.
- Lead customer communication on delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and changes while maintaining delivery commitments and driving recovery when plans deviate.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years in technical delivery, implementation, solutions, or technical program management with customer-facing roles.
- Proven ownership of multiple enterprise software implementations from scope definition through production go-live.
- Experience delivering integration-heavy software with multiple systems, dependencies, and customer-specific constraints.
- Ability to build technical depth to challenge estimates, manage scope changes, and communicate clearly with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing complex, concurrent software implementations involving engineering capacity trade-offs and risk management.
- Strong ability to balance customer relationships with rigorous delivery and change management processes.
- Technical understanding sufficient to engage with industrial automation or robotics integrations, particularly in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
