About This Role
- Lead delivery, operation, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise hyperautomation platforms including RPA, Process Mining, AI, and GenAI.
- Manage and grow a team of experienced professionals, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and architectural strategies through stakeholder partnership.
- Drive Agile project delivery, operational excellence, and change management to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of automation capabilities globally.
Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years of IT experience with a bachelor's degree or 16+ years with an advanced degree.
- 8+ years of managerial experience including people management.
- 10+ years of experience specifically in Hyperautomation technologies.
- Role is based onsite in Hyderabad, India.
