Work Experience Required: 1+ years with degree or 3+ years equivalent without degree.
Experienced in general accounting operations with strong foundation in reconciliation, journal entries, and financial reporting support.
Comfortable working across India-US time zones with flexibility and collaboration across teams.
Familiarity or experience with reconciliation software (preferably Blackline), Oracle GL, and potentially with RPA/BOT automation tools.
