About This Role
- Design and develop diverse learning experiences—from e-learning modules to instructor-led training and job aids—for U.S. and international stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end learning content lifecycle including concept, development, launch, and continuous improvement, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams to create training for new products, processes, and initiatives with strong cultural relevance to U.S. audiences.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or similar roles.
- Experience developing learning/training content specifically for U.S. audiences and market.
- Proficiency with instructional design principles, e-learning development tools, multimedia content creation, and AI-assisted content development.
- Comfortable working fully remote and collaborating with cross-functional teams across India and the U.S.
