Own and maintain the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) stack integration and automation including Salesforce CPQ, Zuora Billing/Revenue, NetSuite, Vertex, and middleware (n8n/MuleSoft).
Design and implement scalable, reliable solutions to ensure seamless order flow from quoting to billing and revenue recognition at scale (5,000+ daily orders).
Build proactive monitoring and alerting to maintain integration health and SOX compliance within a rigorously controlled environment.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of Salesforce configuration and customization experience including Apex, Flows, Triggers, Batch classes, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL.
Hands-on experience in Quote-to-Cash or Lead-to-Cash processes in SaaS or recurring revenue environments.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration (quoting, pricing, order generation, approval workflows).
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs and middleware like n8n or MuleSoft.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash lifecycle including quoting, order processing, billing, and understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
Experience working in Agile, SOX-compliant environments with CI/CD for Salesforce applications.
Strong integration skills across ERP, billing, and tax systems (e.g. Zuora, NetSuite, Vertex) with focus on automation and reliability.
