Ability to work flexible hours covering international time zones.
Deep expertise in manufacturing quality processes and enterprise quality management solutions with hands-on SAP QM application and integration experience.
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology strategies and solutions with strong cross-functional stakeholder management.
Experience leading application support and continuous improvement in high-availability manufacturing environments, plus mentoring and building team capabilities.
